Can you guess what my favourite sport is? How far do you run on a daily basis? 

  • Running, running, and more running. I do 6 miles each morning with some strength training too! Happy Friday!

    I do about 3 miles daily- but I do a lot of strength training. I’m hoping to get my #LIP post up tomorrow. πŸ™‚

  • I can’t run daily at the moment as I’m coming back from an injury but it really depends on the day. On average I do about 20+ miles a week and one run can vary from 2 miles to 7 πŸ™‚
